This Privacy Policy describes how Ukoha (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Ukoha web application and related services (the “Service”).

• Account data: the email address and hashed password you provide when registering.
• Workspace data: the source URLs, categories, schedules, and output configurations you create inside the Service.
• Operational logs: events related to processing your data, used for debugging, monitoring, and quota enforcement.
• Billing data: if you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor holds your billing details; we receive only non-sensitive metadata (plan, status, last four digits).

3. How we use information

We use the information above to operate the Service: authenticate you, run your ingestion and processing pipelines, enforce plan limits, send transactional emails, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with subprocessors required to run the Service — our cloud database provider, our email provider, and our payment processor — under contractual data protection terms.

5. Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. After account deletion, we remove or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (for example, billing records).
