Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you and Ukoha (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your access to and use of the Ukoha web application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Account
You must provide a valid email address and choose a password to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you, interfere with the operation of the Service, or use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
4. Content and sources
The Service ingests content from sources you configure. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to ingest, process, and re-publish that content. We do not claim ownership of the content you process through the Service.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. Plan terms, prices, and quotas are described on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. Failed payments may result in the Service being paused after a grace period.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if your account presents a security or abuse risk.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service or via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
